Due to our new software conversion, your first bill may show a previous statement balance. The total amount due on your account can be located in the Bill At A Glance section of your bill, as well as on the payment stub at the bottom of your bill.
TWU has eliminated paper past-due notices, and customers will get only one mailed bill per month. Electronic notices are now available. You will receive notices via email because either you signed up for online services or you provided your email address for E-bills. If you do not want us to send bills and notices via your email, please opt out. Log in to your account and under help select “I want to change my communication preferences”.
